What is LEBA?

The Latin Economics and Business Association is a student organization in the McCombs School of Business. LEBA’s weekly General Meetings and monthly workshops provide students with valuable industry insights and networking opportunities, contributing to the school’s reputation for preparing well rounded graduates.

By organizing community service projects, social events, athletic activities, mentorship program, and recruiting sessions, we aim to develop our members to become leaders of tomorrow.

Our ultimate vision is to foster a supportive network that not only embraces diversity but also empowers members to make a lasting impact in their careers and communities

One of LEBA’s focuses on enhancing networking through social events. This gives you a chance to meet new people and develop international relationships, thus expanding your career opportunities. Similarly, LEBA offers access to a database with its members and alumni for resume submission and recruitment purposes.

Overall, LEBA strives to create an environment in which its members can obtain knowledge that will benefit them for years to come.
